Nothing bad to report but food preparation took an excessively long time. Options were limited for customers who entered the restaurant after 0830.

Bar was perfect for a breakfast. Amazingly nice and very welcoming staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was marvellous and favourable, just next door to stores and restaurants and the outskirts of the metropolis of Houston. It also was on all the local food places that would deliver that late.

Was uncomfortable-- Ordered chicken salad to go and no chicken was found in salad --too tired to go back to get it fixed - On my reservations I asked for a ground floor room and was given a 2nd floor room

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were especially cozy. The staff were very attentive and helpful with all of my needs. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with amenities like free laundry and a delicious free breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the housekeeping service was very attentive. The hotel also provided free coffee, which was a nice touch. The transportation options in the area were convenient, with easy access to the interstate and neighborhoods in the East Houston area.
